    Career Summary

     

    I have worked like a catalyst with footprint of success in large MNC like Prudential UK and Efunds. My passion to learn new things in life got me opportunity to rotate in different departments thus deriving best value from my learning’s.

    I bring along close to two decades of experience in large MNC in operations, Human Resources, Support functions. I have developed business acumen & strategy overview on execution challenges organizations face.

    I choose HR as my epitome of success to create value for any organization I worked with; hence before I could settle down as a full fledge HR personal I chose to do a generalist HR consultant role & manage complete HR biography of any small to large organizations.


    In the 19 years of my professional career I can confidently state my specializing have been in the field of Training and development, Complains Management, Customer Service, Client Servicing, Process training, Recruitment, Sales and Marketing.


    I hold a Bachelor’s degree in commerce and have gone through rigorous management development program at IIM Bangalore. This management cap helps me to think out of the box especially during trouble shooting. I am also a Thomas International's PPA* certified Assessor. (* Personal Profile Assessment Career Graph) and TST* (Tests for selection & Training) and GIA* (General intelligence assesment).

    I always believed if you enjoy what you do you will never feel you are doing a job. Thus I choose to do Image Consulting as a professional course to help me add value to the training and development portfolio. Today as a qualified Image Consultant from the Institute of Image Consulting (UK) I add immense value to the organizational culture and corporate functioning.
