    Responsible complete Mumbai Monorail Operations, earlier managed Training & Document Control, FRACAS, RAMS and ISO in Mumbai Monorail (Scomi Engineering Bhd) builder of first Monorail Project of India in Mumbai from Dec 2009.


    Achievements in Training & Maintenance (Dec 2009 to Apr 2015)

    ·         Designed and Established the Training Department as per the training plan and contractual requirements.

    ·         Conducted training on Rolling Stock (Electro-Mechanical) Systems, Operation, Fare Collection System, Customer Service, Communication system.

    ·         Being Rolling Stock coordinator planned and executed the Maintenance regime.

    ·         Reviewed Rolling Stock Maintenance manual and plan.

    ·         Instructional Design of courses using ADDIE model, making of training matrix after Training Need Assessment, training calendar and planned training to suit recruitment and organisation plans and its successful implementation.

    ·         Created Training Manual (Policy & Procedure) and received approval from client MMRDA.

    ·         Developed Quality Manual by establishing service quality criterion. 

    ·         Created Fixed Infrastructure Maintenance Plan (P-way, Communication, Signalling, E&M etc.) and received approval from client.

    ·         Created Internal Audit structure as per ISO 9001:2008 with audit matrix, questionnaire, audit report, NCR etc.

    ·         Prepared Document Control procedures for Mumbai Monorail

    Training and Development for Ford India Pvt Ltd from Oct 07 till Dec 09 as Lead Technical Trainer for West Region - India. 



    ·         Responsible for delivering technical training and development for four states of Western India (service, repair & diagnostic and product knowledge) for Technician, Sell & Service Advisor, Floor Supervisor and Quality Inspector.

    ·         Successfully established, developed and headed the new Regional Training Centre at new location (Kolhapur, Maharashtra) with new courses and process within 30 days.

    ·         Nil negative feedback from four states dealership (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP and Goa) under RTC.
