    Customer Service Excellence needs to permeate every aspect of your company;
    How people deal with internal and external customers; how colleagues treat each
    other and the business; how everyone interacts with the clients.
    In this session participants will be offered a range of tools and techniques as well
    as an understanding to create successful customer relationships.

    Fees:* Rs.7,900/- plus tax per participant. For 3 or more participants - Rs.6,900/- plus tax per participant.
