    certainly play a crucial part in your career. The ability to handle yourself properly
    today outweighs even your technical skills. If you know what to do, when to do it,
    and how to do it with grace and style, you'll have a competitive edge in your
    career.

    All business experts agree that good manners promote good business.
    Greater awareness of grooming and etiquette skills will help you to increase your
    poise and confidence. This will significantly change the impact that you have in
    any formal, professional and social situations.

    OBJECTIVES

    • Look, act and dress for your current position and where you hope to be
    • Describe Professional dressing and Grooming at workplace
    • Interpret the do’s and don’ts of workplace etiquette
    • Develop a positive mental attitude
    • Identify the elements of dining etiquette
    • Practice Telephone etiquette
    • Practice Email Etiquette

    Time: 9:30 am to 5 pm

    Fees: Rs.7,900/- plus tax per participant. For 3 or more participants - Rs.6,900/- plus tax per participant.
