    Post batch formation and approval, I would take on the responsibility of training delivery and periodic assessments to measure the training effectiveness. The job role would end with lining up the pre-hires and end customer trainees for the line interviews and job interviews, respectively and maintaining a maximum conversion rate.

Further when promoted as a Trainer for Communications, the profile included providing training and designing training patterns and protocols for the newly hired Technical Support Analysts.
